Enterprise Community Partners held its 2019 Affordable Housing Design Leadership Institute from July 16-18, 2019 in Cleveland, OH.
For nearly a decade the Affordable Housing Design Leadership Institute has brought together the nation’s leading designers and affordable housing developers to collaborate on buildings that improve health outcomes and community representation, reduce environmental impact and strengthen connections to opportunity in some of America’s most vulnerable communities.
Hannibal Square Community Land Trust was one of seven developers selected from across the country to participate in the 2019 class. This three-day, intensive training with designers and innovators in the affordable housing arena trains developers in the use of design as a tool to positively impact residents and communities.
